Return and Refund Policy for Sunset Shop


At Sunset Shop, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to return an item and request a refund.

1. Returns

You may return items purchased from Sunset Shop under the following conditions:


- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Exclusions: Custom Logo items or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at sunsetshop.shopify@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.


2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely. Please include your RAN in the return package.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Deductions: A €3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Items: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sunsetshop.shopify@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please:

1. Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sunsetshop.shopify@hotmail.com.
